Hi, it's me.  I'm having problems with my computer.

How many techies have gotten a phone call like this? And of course that ever the problem is can rarely be fixed over the phone. Enter VNC.  But often times VNC in itself can be a chore to get running and connected. Until now.

CrossLoop is a god send! And it's even free. Simply download the tiny driver application, install, run, and connect. It's almost so simple it shouldn't work. Unfortunately there is no Mac version, but for PC users, this thing is a must. Check out their web site – I highly recommend it.
